The documents you already maintain become answers

Select folders or individual files and Alenta reads them — service menus, rate cards, policy PDFs — so answers come from the document your team actually updates.

All integrations

About a minute to a working agent. Nothing goes live on your site until you install the snippet.

Animation: a visitor chats with the agent and the result is written to Google Drive during the conversation.

The price list already exists and already cost you time to write. Nothing about it is currently earning.

The problem

Your best content is trapped in a PDF nobody links to

The full service menu, the warranty terms, the price list: all written, all accurate, all sitting in Drive where no website visitor will ever find them.

How it works

What happens, in order

  1. 01

    Connect Drive

OAuth, then choose the folders and files in scope.

  2. 02

    Files are parsed

Docs, Sheets and PDFs are read and indexed, tables included.

  3. 03

    Answers cite the file

The agent points at which document it answered from.

Specifics

Built into the conversation

  • Google Docs, Sheets and PDFs
  • Folder-level or file-level selection
  • Re-reads on a schedule, so a new price list replaces the old one
  • Read-only access — it never writes to your Drive
Before you ask

Common questions

Does it change my files?

No. Access is read-only; it cannot edit, move or delete anything in your Drive.

Will it read a scanned PDF?

Text-based PDFs parse reliably. A scanned image with no text layer will not, and the dashboard flags the file rather than silently ignoring it.

Point it at your site and watch it read.

About a minute from pasting your URL to talking to a working agent. Nothing appears on your website until you install the snippet yourself.

The price list already exists and already cost you time to write. Nothing about it is currently earning.

The guarantee

If your agent does not capture a single lead in its first 30 days live on your site, that month is free.

A lead means a visitor who left contact details or booked an appointment — a number you can read off your own dashboard, so neither of us has to take the other’s word for it. It has to be installed and your site has to be getting visitors; we cannot conjure traffic that is not there.
