Keep Calendly. Stop sending unqualified people to it
Your booking flow stays exactly where it is. Alenta does the qualifying conversation first, then hands over a visitor who already knows what they are booking and why.
About a minute to a working agent. Nothing goes live on your site until you install the snippet.
A booking link costs nothing and converts the people who already decided. The ones still deciding are the ones $39 a month is for.
A booking link answers no questions
Drop a Calendly link in front of someone who still has three questions and most of them close the tab. The ones who do book arrive cold, and you spend the first ten minutes of a paid call doing discovery.
What happens, in order
- 01
Connect your account
Alenta reads your event types and their durations so it describes the right meeting, in your words.
- 02
Qualify in conversation
The agent answers the questions standing between the visitor and the booking, then decides which event type actually fits.
- 03
Hand over warm
It passes the visitor to the right Calendly event with what it learned already attached.
Built into the conversation
- Event types read from your account, not re-entered by hand
- The agent picks the right event type from the conversation
- Answers pricing and scope questions before the hand-off
- Qualifying answers travel with the booking
- Your Calendly rules, reminders and routing stay untouched
Common questions
Do I have to move off Calendly?
No. This exists so you do not have to. If you would rather Alenta own booking end to end, the Google Calendar integration does that instead.
Can it choose between several event types?
Yes. It reads them all and picks from the conversation — a fifteen-minute intro and a full survey are different meetings, and it can tell which one is being asked for.
Point it at your site and watch it read.

See plans and book a demoIf your agent does not capture a single lead in its first 30 days live on your site, that month is free.
A lead means a visitor who left contact details or booked an appointment — a number you can read off your own dashboard, so neither of us has to take the other’s word for it. It has to be installed and your site has to be getting visitors; we cannot conjure traffic that is not there.
