Your agent can take the payment, not just the booking
Connect Stripe in one click. The agent sends a secure Stripe Checkout button for a service or a booking deposit, priced from your catalog, and the money lands in your Stripe balance.
About a minute to a working agent. Nothing goes live on your site until you install the snippet.
A booking with a deposit behind it is a booking that shows up.
A booking without a payment is a maybe
No-shows cost the slot and the person who could have filled it. Asking for the deposit later means another message, another link and another chance for the customer to drift off.
What happens, in order
- 01
Connect Stripe
Sign in with Stripe on its own hosted page; your details are pre-filled.
- 02
Turn on payments per agent
Choose full price or a deposit percentage for bookings.
- 03

Payment confirms the booking and triggers your Make or n8n automations.
Built into the conversation
- Direct charges: you are the merchant, with your own Stripe Dashboard, payouts and refunds
- Prices always come from your service catalog, never from the AI
- Bookings confirm automatically when the payment clears
- Card data goes to Stripe, never through Alenta
Common questions
Can the agent refund a customer?
No. Refunds are issued by you, from your own Stripe Dashboard.
Can the AI change the price?
No. The amount is read from your service catalog on our server; the model cannot supply one.
How is my Alenta plan billed?
Separately, through Stripe Checkout and the customer portal. Details are on the pricing page.

See plans and book a demoIf your agent does not capture a single lead in its first 30 days live on your site, that month is free.
A lead means a visitor who left contact details or booked an appointment — a number you can read off your own dashboard, so neither of us has to take the other’s word for it. It has to be installed and your site has to be getting visitors; we cannot conjure traffic that is not there.
