Same events, routed on infrastructure you control
For teams who would rather not add another hosted middleman. Alenta posts agent events to your n8n instance and the workflow runs wherever you run it.
About a minute to a working agent. Nothing goes live on your site until you install the snippet.
Running it yourself costs infrastructure you already have rather than a second SaaS bill.
Some data should not transit a third party at all
Regulated work, client confidentiality, or simple preference — plenty of teams have a good reason to keep customer conversations off someone else's automation cloud.
What happens, in order
- 01
Add a webhook node
In your own n8n instance, hosted wherever you like.
- 02
Point Alenta at it
Webhook URL plus a shared secret so the endpoint is not open to the world.
- 03
Own the workflow
Data lands on your infrastructure and goes only where you send it.
Built into the conversation
- Works with self-hosted and n8n cloud
- Signed payloads so the receiver can verify the sender
- Same event set as the Make integration
- Retries with backoff on failure
Common questions
Does my instance need to be public?
It needs to be reachable by us to receive webhooks. Teams commonly expose only the webhook path behind a proxy and verify the signature.
Is the payload verifiable?
Yes — requests are signed with a shared secret so your workflow can reject anything that is not from us.
Point it at your site and watch it read.
About a minute from pasting your URL to talking to a working agent. Nothing appears on your website until you install the snippet yourself.
Running it yourself costs infrastructure you already have rather than a second SaaS bill.
See plans and book a demoIf your agent does not capture a single lead in its first 30 days live on your site, that month is free.
A lead means a visitor who left contact details or booked an appointment — a number you can read off your own dashboard, so neither of us has to take the other’s word for it. It has to be installed and your site has to be getting visitors; we cannot conjure traffic that is not there.
