Meta (Facebook & Instagram)Integration · Messaging

The same agent answers your DMs

Messenger and Instagram direct messages get the same knowledge, the same booking ability and the same escalation rules as your website agent.

All integrations

About a minute to a working agent. Nothing goes live on your site until you install the snippet.

Animation: a visitor chats with the agent and the result is written to Meta (Facebook & Instagram) during the conversation.

Every unanswered DM is somebody who asked to buy and was ignored.

The problem

Your social inbox is a second website nobody staffs

People ask the same questions in DMs that they ask on your site — hours, price, availability — and get an answer days later, if at all.

How it works

What happens, in order

  1. 01

    Connect your Page

Authorise the Facebook Page and linked Instagram account you want covered.

  2. 02

    Set the rules

Which conversations it may handle alone and when it must fetch a human.

  3. 03

    It replies in the DM

Same answers, same calendar, transcripts in the same place as your website conversations.

Specifics

Built into the conversation

  • Facebook Messenger and Instagram direct messages
  • Shares the knowledge base with your website agent
  • Books appointments straight from a DM
  • Escalates to a human on your rules
  • Conversations land in one inbox with web and phone
Before you ask

Common questions

Do I need a Business account?

Instagram messaging requires a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page — Meta's requirement, not ours.

Can it post publicly?

No. It only answers direct messages; it cannot post to your feed or reply to public comments.

Point it at your site and watch it read.

About a minute from pasting your URL to talking to a working agent. Nothing appears on your website until you install the snippet yourself.

The guarantee

If your agent does not capture a single lead in its first 30 days live on your site, that month is free.

A lead means a visitor who left contact details or booked an appointment — a number you can read off your own dashboard, so neither of us has to take the other’s word for it. It has to be installed and your site has to be getting visitors; we cannot conjure traffic that is not there.
